Do you offer free returns & exchanges?

Returns & exchanges for unworn items, with the exception of custom straps, are free at Allwrists for orders shipped to the United States. Returns & exchanges for international deliveries will be subject to a $30 shipping charge.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are 100% free* for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e. no signs of bending for leather straps) within 30 days of receipt for orders shipped to the United States. Returns & exchanges for international deliveries will be subject to a $30 shipping charge.

*Please Note: If you initiate a return due to problems with fitment and 1) your watch model is not listed as a compatible case and 2) you didn't check with us beforehand to confirm that your watch model will work with the strap, then a $25 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Custom straps are non-refundable.

How do I return or exchange my order?

To start a return or exchange, simply click the 'initiate a return' button below and follow the prompts, then mail your package back to us! We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow up to 5 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.
