Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to addresses to the United States. International shipping will be subject to a $30 shipping charge. For international shipments, the buyer will be responsible for any and all import and customs duties.
When can I expect my order?
Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Shipments to US domestic addresses should arrive within 5 business days. Shipments to international addresses should arrive within 7-10 business days. If your delivery has fallen outside this delivery window, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer free exchanges?
Exchanges may be made for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e. no signs of bending for leather straps) within 14 days of receipt.
For orders shipped within the United States, exchanges are free of charge.
Exchanges for international deliveries will be subject to a $30 shipping charge.
*Please Note: Custom straps cannot be exchanged.
What is your return policy?
Returns may be made for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e. no signs of bending for leather straps) within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be given for the original purchase price less any shipping fees upon receipt of the returned item minus a $25 restocking fee.
Returns for international deliveries will be subject to an additional $30 shipping charge on top of the $25 restocking fee.
*Please Note: Custom strap orders are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange my order?
To start a return or exchange, simply click here and follow the prompts, then mail your package back to us! We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow up to 5 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.
